To be able to look into a negative situation and find something worthwhile is a beautiful thing but to be able to manifest that into a passion and use that passion to help others is noble. Flic herself and her story are inspiring to say the least.
Flic uses her personal story of invisible illness to steer organisations through darkness and back into the light.
How to use frustration as the breeding ground for purpose.
Driving change through a process of Creation, Action and Repetition.
Flic Manning is the kind of person that receives hugs instead of handshakes. She emits an energy that is infectious, a determination that is empowering, and a sense of humor that uplifts people.
She started her career in Entertainment as a Dancer and Choreographer, before diving headfirst into all things Business, Wellness, Fitness, and Mental Health. After tackling two invisible and incurable diseases of her own; Crohns’ and Endometriosis, she created a system that helped her defy the odds, to not only survive, but thrive.
She spent three years working in the Silicon Valley Start-Up scene learning about “burnout” and business. Deeply Inspired, she returned to Australia and launched Corethentic, her Wellness System aimed at demystifying Wellness and making it Sustainable for use in the Real World.
Flic’s a Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Meditation Guide, Dance Teacher, Keynote Speaker and experienced Entrepreneur. She passionately speaks at events in a variety of Industries from Technology, Insurance and Health Companies through to Government Bodies and Charities. She specialises in Human Performance, driving changes in productivity, wellbeing, retention and mindset using her special secret sauce; a handful of courage, a dash of science, a sprinkle of energy and a teaspoon of care.
Rabia’s presentation was inspirational. In the business context we often talk about the importance of composure, keeping the goal in mind and making a difference. To see this brought to life in a real world context where lives are at stake was both humbling and inspirational. It helps put things back into perspective. Hands down the best presentation I have ever experienced.
